Dr Amita Phadnis is a Pediatrician and a leading Neonatologist in India, with over 16 years of practice in Pune. She has trained in the field of Neonatology in the United States. She started the first tertiary level Newborn Intensive Care Unit in Pune and for the first time, ventilation for new borns was initiated in Pune. She also initiated neonatal and pediatric ambulance services dedicated to transporting newborn babies and children. Children’s healthcare is her first passion.
